Description

 Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

You would like to be a part of the energy industry and district heating?We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our internal sales support department at our location in Lyon.

With your high service orientation, technical affinity and friendly nature, you will be the first and competent contact person for our customers in the energy industry in France, Italy and Switzerland. Do you enjoy working every day with interesting products that help to protect the environment and save energy efficiently? Then you are the ideal person for our team in Lyon. We are looking for you as Customer Service Representative (m/f/d). Starting immediately.

Your responsibilitys:

  •          Preparation and calculation of offers
  •          Order processing, disposition and coordination between the factorys
  •          Project management and coordination of project logistics with the customers
  •          Review and processing of incoming orders and contracts
  •          Verification and compliance with project agreements
  •          Telephone consultation and support of business partners regarding products
  •          Delivery coordination and deadline monitoring
  •          Coordination with internal interfaces such as field service, transport and production planning
  •          Assembly coordination with internal service department and subcontractors
  •          Administration of customer and project master data in the system
  •          Creation of customer-/project-specific evaluations
  •          Clarification of debtor differences
  •          General customer service
  •          Handling of returns and complaints

Our requirements to you:

  •          Successfully completed commercial education, preferably with technical background or similar
  •          Minimum  two years of professional experience in customer service/sales support, preferably in a technical environment
  •          Very good handling of MS Office and SAP
  •          Very good English, French and Italian language skills
  •          Careful, detailed and structured working method
  •          A high level of self-motivation, confident appearance and excellent communication skills
  •          You are apassionate team player with a strong service mindset

Project Manager (m/f/d)

You would like to be a part of the energy industry and district heating?We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Lyon.

With your high service orientation, your strong technical affinity and your long-term experience in Project Management, you are the contact person for our customers from the energy industry in France, Italy and Switzerland. You are able to communicate professionally at every level of the hierarchy, have a highly developed planning talent and enjoy protecting the environment and saving energy efficiently with your work? Then you are the ideal person for our team in Lyon. We are looking for you as Project Manager (m/f/d). Starting immediately.

Your responsibilitys:

  •           Manage Project Execution for all projects in France
  •           Weekly meeting with stakeholders of the projects
  •           Primary interface between Customer, Sales, Customer Service, Operations; Logistics and Service Installation
  •           Monthly forecasts of the demand for the projects
  •           Cost & Supplier control on Projects
  •           Communicate client requirements internally / externally 
  •           Weekly participation in CPO meetings with feedback from project execution and pipeline development
  •           Ensuring that all deliveries are based on written contracts, the conditions are clarified and there are written order confirmations
  •           Always strive for delivery of projects within agreed scope with satisfied customer and increased profitability compared to project mandate

Our requirements to you:

  •           Successfully completed studies with technical background, Business Management or similar
  •           Several years of professional experience at Project Management preferably in Production/Operations or similar
  •           You are structured, decisive and goal oriented and able to work independently
  •           You have strong planning skills and are an absolute team player
  •           It’s easy for you to contribute to the development of the department and the company
  •           You have an unlimited willingness to travel (international) up 100 days
  •           Very good handling of MS-Office, CRM, SAP, AutoCAD
  •           Fluent English and French language skills, further language skills are welcomed
  •           Careful, detailed and structured working method
  •           A high level of self-motivation, confident appearance and excellent communication skills
  •           You are apassionate team player with a strong service mindset

Do you want to be part of the energy and heat revolution and are looking for a new and long-term challenge? We are looking for a Sales Director for Netherlands at our location in Hoofddorp with reference to Vice President of Region South West Europe.

As Sales Director of Netherlands, you will be accountable for sales performance, achievement of sales organizations goals and for aligning sales objectives with the business strategy. Further, you will hold the management responsibility for the sales organization, which consists of five employees.

Your responsibilities:

  •          Lead and motivate the team in Netherlands to improve customer service with clients
  •          Manage strategy plans and adapting KPI’s to reach sales targets of the sales organization in Netherlands
  •          Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  •          Ensure close co-operation with Sales, Customer Service and Technical Department
  •          Ensure process focus – from acquisition to after-sales
  •          Participation in developing and improving sales processes and tools

Your experience:

  •          You are a proven management executive with a strong track record in building sales growth and profit
  •          You have knowledge and experience from operations, production and logistics – e.g. experience as Sales Manager or Senior Area Sales Manager in an international and multicultural environment
  •          You have a technical/engineering degree and/or a commercial degree
  •          Knowledge from the industry is an advantage 
  •          Managing winning teams including motivation, development and target setting are all natural skills you have
  •          You are fluent in English
  •          Knowledge of SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office
