For the transportation of cryogenic gases, such as liquid nitrogen, argon and oxygen, we can offer a pre-insulated solution with high flexibility and good insulation properties. With our 100 % waterproof HDPE casings and joints and high insulation thickness, condensation and wet insulation should no longer be a problem.
Typical carrier pipe quality:
- AISI 304L or 316L
- Insulation PUR (polyurethane foam)
- Casing: black HDPE casing with UV-additives
The pipe system is installed above ground in pipe supports affixed to the outside of the casing. The pre-insulated LT system functions as a completely fixed system, and all movements in the steel pipe are absorbed in bends and loops. The pipe supports must therefore be able to absorb the same movement in the insulation and casing and slide on the support base. All components can be easily shortened and adapted to the installation site for maximum flexibility and quick and easy installation.
