White Paper about District Energy
LOGSTOR's Peter Jorsal and Jørgen Ægidius have contributed to the White Paper about the green transition and energy efficiency in urban areas with an article about a big project in the city of Hillerød, where Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) was crucial for the future building of district heating projects.
The White Paper is created by State of Green, DBDH, Danish Energy Agency and Danish Energy Industries Federation.
In the introduction to the White Paper, it is stated that using high quality pre-insulated pipes ensures that this investment will last for decades and over time become a minor part of the total cost of running the district energy system.
