LOGSTOR announces new President and CEO

LOGSTOR’s Board of Directors has appointed Søren Eskildsen as new President and Chief Executive Officer of LOGSTOR effective as of January 16. Søren Eskildsen succeeds Yves Paletta who will remain an investor in Logstor and an advisor to the Board and Management.

He is a commercially focused and business driven executive with strong operational skills who has full value-chain experience in a global setting. Having worked with both growth scenarios and turnarounds, the Board of Directors look forward to have Søren lead the continuous efforts to transform LOGSTOR into the world leader in district heating and cooling as well as oil and gas markets. We would also like to thank Yves Paletta for his valuable work and contributions over the years in building a stronger LOGSTOR and setting the foundation for future success,” said Anders Thelin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, LOGSTOR.

For the past two years, Søren Eskildsen has been the CEO of Exhausto, a supplier of ventilation solutions. At Exhausto, Søren Eskildsen drove the value creation initiatives across the company, developed and executed strategy, and implemented global key accounts. Before joining Exhausto, Søren Eskildsen spent most of his career with Danfoss in global operational and general management roles. He was highly involved in implementing Danfoss’ business systems across the group and has been responsible for both global supply chain and a global business unit. Søren Eskildsen is a Danish citizen and holds a Master of Science in Engineering as well as an Executive MBA in Change Management.
