The LOGSTOR SinglePipe® 120 SW is a shallow water HT thermal insulation solution for offshore pipelines able to sustain depths up to 340 meters. The system is designed to be cost-effective and can be installed with any pipe-laying method.

Product description

  • Steel inner pipe with 3LPP Anti-Corrosion Coating
  • PUR density 80 to 325 kg/m³ and thickness 20 - 80 mm for conventional laying
  • PUR density 300 to 325 kg/m³ and thickness 20 - 50 mm for reeling
  • PP casing 5 mm to 8 mm
  • Integrated welded water sealing
  • Each pipe individually sealed
  • U-value between 0.5 - 5.0 W/m2K
  • Lambda value from 0.03 to 0.06 W/mK
  • Operation temperature up to 120°C
  • Concrete weight coated (when required)
  • Anode protection system (when required)

Coating system - main features

  • LOGSTOR SinglePipe system uses a specially bonded combination of polyurethane cellular foam, high density polyethylene casing and other proprietary technologies to ensure that long term insulation performance is maintained
  • The system offers very high insulation performance comparable to pipe-in-pipe solutions
  • It can be installed using all pipe laying methods, including reeling
  • The PP casing is welded to the parent 3LPP anti-corrosion coating ensuring each pipe is individually sealed
  • Easy field joint coating application

  • Pipe diameter 6’’ to 42’’ (150 mm to 1,050 mm)
  • Pipe lengths 8 m to 17.8 m (6 m pipes can be randomly placed on the line)
