Kingspan LOGSTOR deliver high performance Thermal Insulation to the Oil & Gas industry. Starting from a long experience in delivering to the market highly efficient insulated pipelines for shallow water, our offshore solutions range is now extended to the deep water horizon where we have reinvented end-to-end thermal insulation with innovative composite systems based on Polymer Alloys.

We focus on supplying durable and efficient thermal insulation solutions for both shallow and deep water offshore pipelines. Our strong R&D commitment has driven us to develop advanced systems that reflects our identity.

For shallow water conditions, the LOGSTOR SinglePipe is a proven solution with long track-record. The system combines the high insulation performance of the PUR foam and the strength of the Polyolefin high density casing where each pipe is individually encapsulated with a unique sealant or Plastic welding at the extremity.

The new C-PiPe range allows LOGSTOR to deliver insulation systems for any water depth. Our composite solutions combine the anti-corrosion properties of the epoxy and the easiness of application of the Polyurethanes. The best of both worlds!

All of our systems have suitable field joint coatings and can be laid by all methods including pipe reeling. Today we rate our system for operation temperature up to 120°C and our next developments will bring our expertise to serve temperature over 180°C
