Course objectives
- To convey the necessary knowledge about the use of surveillance systems
- To become familiar with elementary measuring principles, the LOGSTOR Detect surveillance system and its use
- To convey knowledge about the most important components in the design manual
Target group
Measurement technicians, operation managers, supervisors, consultants who work with surveillance systems
Course contents
In the course the following will be gone through and trained:
- General knowhow of the use of surveillance systems
- Exposition of the elementary measuring principles in pipe systems
- Theoretical and practical exposition of LOGSTOR Detect surveillance system
The course covers:
- Structure of the surveillance system
- Understand and define the LOGSTOR acceptance criteria
- Connect and control measure installed casing joints
- Design of surveillance system with cable take-offs and reference points
- Install X1L and X6 detectors
- Configure X1L and X6 detectors in XTool
- LOGSTOR Hosting
- Supervise the execution according to valid LOGSTOR practice on the basis of the LOGSTOR Design manual
