Description
1 and 2 = Cu wires
3 and 4 = Tinned wires
Return spindles are approx. 20 mm higher than flow spindles.
For PE-RT dimensions ø 40 - 63 mm the preinsulated valve is delivered with a welded press coupling.
For PE-RT dimensions ø 75 - 110 mm the preinsulated valve will be with PE-RT free ends.
LOGSTOR standard preinsulated isolation valve is either a Vexve valve or a Broen valve. The geometry, spanner width of the spindle and of the backstop are the same regardless of which valve is delivered.
As a standard valves with reduced passage are delivered. On enquiry valves with full passage may be delivered.
The valves can be operated with a T-key. Dimensions ø 114.3 mm with reduced passage and ø 88.9 with full passage can also be operated with a mobile gear.
Application
Isolation valve spindles and service valves are embedded in the same casing which is sealed with a stainless top.
Valves are delivered with caps.
Spindle top of valves and service valves must not be under water or covered by backfill material. The spindle top and service valves will be protected with a cap.
