As Team Lead, Tina Kærsgaard is involved in the process of how the team can work smarter and not harder. On the daily basis, Tina is involved in implementing price lists and trade agreements. With her overview of every single Industry activity, Tina always sees opportunities rather than limitations, thus transforming every Industry activity into a customer benefit.  

For Olga Vilsen, customer satisfaction is a prerequisite. As a dedicated and extremely skilled Customer Service Coordinator, Olga ensures that each and every order is perfectly processed and executed. She provides support and service in all stages of an order – purchase, planning, transport, delivery etc., thereby elevating the customer experience.

Seeing as the Industry solutions are more individual than standardized, the team creates countless customer specific tenders. As the Technical Sales Coordinator, Lotte Højberg is responsible for creating tenders for customized projects that both accommodate our customers and are implementable according to our product catalogue, for which technical product understanding is required.

As the Technical Manager, Christian Krog Nielsen is responsible for the Industry product program. In addition, he has a supporting role both to the functions above as well as to the local sales teams in terms of technical support, tenders and orders, product development and differentiation.
