The “Highest Quality QI” is an international project promoting effective quality management methods in companies and institutions. One of the goals is also to identify and promote those companies and institutions that represent the highest standards, guaranteeing customers products or services at the highest level.

The program is under the patronage of Polish Standardization Committee, Quality Faculty in the University of Economics in Krakow and other agencies under the Polish Ministry of Development.

This year, LOGSTOR Poland Sp. z o.o. was the winner of the 12th edition of the Highest Quality “Quality International 2018 ” in the Product category for the "Pre-insulated pipe system manufactured by traditional and continuous method". 

In connection with that prestigious "Golden Emblem of Quality" award, the Polish newspaper “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” has published an interview with Rafał Wyszomirski, COO of LOGSTOR.

When asked about the significance of that award, Rafał Wyszomirski stated that quality is the highest value for LOGSTOR, which means a complete service process, from the first contact, to the completion of the order, taking into account the full warranty period for system reliability. He also added that all our activities are focused on the quality of service, flexibility in timely deliveries, product reliability and innovation, which provides a constantly reinforced value offer, which is in effect a response to the changing market needs.

Important is the fact that LOGSTOR offer is characterized by very high quality. Over the years, LOGSTOR has consolidated its position on the District Heating market as a provider of optimal solutions in terms of minimizing energy losses, maximizing uptime and network surveillance systems that ensure full control and identification of any actual or potential disruptions in the supply of district heating.  

Rafal Wyszomirski also stressed that LOGSTOR had significant achievements in implementing innovative solutions for District Heating e.g. LOGSTOR TwinPipe. The advantage of this technology is the reduction of heat loss, simplification of the pipeline  design, which in effect requires significantly less space and is easier to install, lowering the investment costs and extending the life of the network. Another example is the system with a diffusion barrier, which significantly reduces heat loss over 30 years of average pipeline operation and lifetime. LOGSTOR is also the leader when it comes to commercializing heat-shrinkable joints, the advantage of which is easy installation and so low total cost.

“Quality International 2018 Program” award proves that systematic and persistent work on the quality of products and services brings effects in the form of customer satisfaction and loyalty, strengthening the company's financial position and developing talented employees.
