LOGSTOR’s annual report for 2011 shows that the world’s leading supplier of pre‐insulated pipe systems for district heating and cooling maintains its strong market position. In spite of declining prices in a competitive market with a low level of infrastructure investments across Europe, LOGSTOR increased total revenue by 2 percent.

Today, LOGSTOR has announced that the company is moving production facilities closer to its customers in the oil & gas industry, in order to align the international capabilities with the market requirements.

As per 1 December 2011 Ole Arenfeldt Jensen will join LOGSTOR as the Group’s COO. At the same time he is appointed Head of LOGSTOR’s European District Energy Division.

LOGSTOR maintains its leading market position in Europe and gains firm foothold in new markets.

LOGSTOR continues its international growth strategy and takes over production and sales from the competitor Stizo Termo SA in Bucharest. The acquisition strengthens LOGSTOR’s business foundation and market position in Romania as well as in the entire Balkan region. LOGSTOR will take over the activities including 38 employees as of 1 March 2009.

Sale of Star Pipe the best solution. The Obbekjer Foundation sells the activities from its manufacturing company in Fredericia to the world’s leading manufacturer of district heating pipes, LOGSTOR. The sale affects approx. 100 employees.

The LOGSTOR Group continues its positive growth trend in 2007 and achieves the highest ever results in the history of the Company. Revenues increased by 11% to DKK 2.3 billion and operating profit increased by 13% to DKK 299 million.
