LOGSTOR has developed and produced pre-insulated pipe systems since 1960, primarily for the district heating market. After intensive development of the pre-insulated pipes, LOGSTOR entered a new market in 1992, the industrial market. The industrial pipe systems are widely used within the different industries such as food, chemical, wood, cold stores and aboard ships. An extensive product programme makes the pipe systems suitable for many purposes  

Product Properties
LOGSTOR industrial pipes are dimensionally stable, rugged and highly-insulated. They are fast and simple to install, which means lower total costs, higher security and longer service life.  For cryogenic applications LOGSTOR has developed an insulation system specially designed for low-temperature systems, the LT pipe system, which offers the same numerous advantages. 		   Industrimuffer.jpg

  • PUR insulation has high insulating qualities
  • Pipe supports are fitted on the outside of the jacket pipe to prevent thermal bridges
  • Insulation and jacket material in combination have high mechanical efficiency – the systems are resistant to physical stress. Can be used as gangways.
  • Jacket joints are 100% watertight – the pipe system can be hosed down and thereby ensures low maintenance costs.

LOGSTOR Industry systems are suitable for outdoor as well as indoor use. All LOGSTOR pipe systems are insulated with polyurethane foam, which has unmatched insulating properties.

More then 40 years of experience of development and sale of complete pre-insulated pipe systems has left its mark on LOGSTOR as an international player on the global market. A solid network of representatives and sister companies representing LOGSTOR in more than 30 countries has resulted in installations worldwide of hundreds of kilometres of the characteristic LOGSTOR pipes.Sales representatives from LOGSTOR and local representatives often participate in international exhibitions. 

Extensive service
LOGSTOR's engineers and technicians offer an extensive service in connection with a project from the initial planning and till it becomes operational. This service includes follow-up service and training courses for fitters. Years of experience with joint assembly and development of custom-built solutions have given us expertise to perform installation work and train customers within our market area. 

Production facilities
LOGSTOR was founded in the beginning of the sixties in the city of Løgstør in North Jutland in Denmark where the main part of the production is still being produced. Throughout the years the area in Løgstør has grown to the extent of 420,000 m2 with a production area of 50.000 m2. LOGSTOR has its 2 main production facilities in Denmark and 3 plants in Poland, 2 plants in Sweden and 1 plant in Finland. Alternatively we are able to produce LOGSTOR pre-insulated pipes at our mobile production set-up – primarily to off-shore projects in remote areas.
